Working with Clients to find answers
As a person in a conflict, going to court is your last resort. I see myself more as a negotiator and less as a litigator. I advocate for the protection of your rights. I believe pro-active common sense approaches to dispute resolution can yielded powerful results and be cost effective to everyone involved. I will provide an opportunity to sit down to discuss your situation with an attorney. Further I can investigate the case early in the process, allowing me to provide clients with candid and realistic advice throughout the case. It is important in landlord-tenant disputes to quickly size-up a case and determine its merit (or lack thereof). Allowing clients to see the pros and cons of their case allows them to move forward understanding their case. Clients who understand their case are able to make informed decisions. Through informed decisions and realistic representation you can achieve your goals. Fortunately most cases are resolved, never going to trial. If you believe it necessary, together we will take a case to trial to protect your rights and interests.
Landlord / Tenant Disputes
When parties enter into
a Landlord — Tenant agreement (both in writing and verbal) both
have rights and duties created when entering into this agreement. If
a problem arises, it is important for both the landlord and tenant to
work within the law and have knowledge of what can and cannot be done.
Actions taken that are outside of what is allowed by the law may cause
additional legal difficulties for everyone involved. I believe that
my experience dealing with Landlord - Tenant disputes gives me the ability
to evaluate the scope of the issue and determine an efficient case management
approach. Each client is unique. I believe that each client needs an
approach tailored to their individual goals.
